What range of sizes do you carry?

30C to 36G & 38E,  XS to XXL. Please ensure you or your partner is within the size range before booking.

Is there a minimum purchase for the appointment?

No! We built the concept around the comfort and ease of our esteemed guests. By collecting a fee for your moment with us, there is no pressure from one side or the other to push for a sale, making your shopping experience with us peaceful and honest with no strings attached.

What is the average price for a lingerie set?

We are proud to offer a wide range of prices, starting at 300$ for a three piece set up to a few thousand dollars. We do not compromise on style and quality at every range. We have a little something special for just about every budget.

Can I reschedule or cancel the appointment?

Life gets hectic and unforseen events do happen, this is why we offer a 72 hr cancellation policy. 

Please note that we hold you appointment for 30 minutes for those tardy people out there. Any later and especially if you neglect to inform us, your booking will be cancelled without a refund.

Are you "daddy" friendly?

Yes, and everything that happens during your appointment remains confidential. 

How do I get there?

By Car: there is free parking available in front of the building.

By Public Transport:  Note that the closest metro stations (Charlevoix or St-Henri) are 12 minute walk away.

Bicycle: We are right next the Lachine Canal with a cycle path, you can lock your bicycle in front of the building.

Bixi: The nearest Bixi station is accross the Lachine Canal, around 5 minute walk away.

Is there limited mobility or wheelchair access?

Unfortunately, not at all. We are at the top of very steep stairs in an industrial building. We do keep you in mind for the next location.
